Mindfulness in Education Network (MIEN)
The Mindfulness in Education Network (MIEN) was established in 2001 by a group of educators and students of Zen Master and peace activist, Thich Nhat Hanh, with a mission to cultivate the practice of mindfulness in educational settings. The network facilitates connections and communication among educators, researchers, parents and students, and provides a platform for the exchange of research and ideas for integrating mindfulness in schools and related settings. Available on the website are links to research articles, videos, and materials from their annual Mindfulness in Education conference.
